The children’s burns unit was the first of its kind when it opened in 1953. Today it is the largest specialist burns unit in the country.

The Lowry Hotel Cheques In

Staff from The Lowry Hotel recently visited the children's hospital to present Jenny Yates, Corporate and Inidividual Fundraising Manager with a cheque for over £2,200.

Cameron’s Crew Create Castles

Cameron and around 20 friends set a challenge to see how many sandcastles they could build in one hour.
On a cloudy and windy Saturday they hit the beach at Lytham St Anne's with buckets and spades ready for the clock to start ticking.
