Great Manchester Run 2017
Join the #RMCHeroes today!
Manchester’s big weekend of sport just got even bigger! In addition to the hugely popular 10K returning to the city on 28th May, there is now a BRAND NEW half marathon distance route!
We're in search for real-life superheroes to take on a special challenge in support of our children's hospital. Your mission is to be a superhero for our patients by running the 10K or new half marathon distance at this year's Great Manchester Run!
HALF MARATHON COURSE
The Half Marathon will follow a new route taking in both the Etihad Campus and Old Trafford, as well as giving participants the opportunity to run across the closed Mancunian Way! Runners will then reconvene with their 10K pals at the finish line, located at the Beetham Tower on Deansgate.
The 13.1mile route is the perfect step up for all of those dedicated Great Manchester Runners who are looking for a new, bigger challenge.
We have a limited number of free charity places available for the Great Manchester Run Half Marathon. If you would like to register for one of our FREE charity places with a minimum sponsorship of £300 or if you have your own place and would like a sponsorship pack please complete our REGISTRATION FORM for the Half Marathon course.
The UK's most popular 10K race will return once again when runners of all abilities will take to the streets of Manchester.
All of our guaranteed entry places are now full! If you have secured your own place in the Great Manchester Run but would like to request a sponsorship pack please complete our REGISTRATION FORM for the 10K course.
