The funds raised by the Charity provide care and support over and above the resources supplied by core NHS funding. The equipment purchased with charitable funds enables the hospital to offer better - faster or more accurate - diagnosis and treatment of our young patients.
The pieces of equipment that the Charity is currently fundraising for have been identified by the hospital authorities as those for which it has the most need.
